Children's Festival

On a sunny weekend in April, ESN Trabzon hosted a heartwarming Children's Festival at the Atapark square, bringing together Erasmus students and local children for a day filled with laughter, learning, and lively games. The event was designed to promote cultural exchange from a young age, while encouraging Erasmus students to engage with the local community in meaningful ways.

Volunteers prepared a variety of creative workshops, including face painting, balloon art, traditional dances, and storytelling sessions in multiple languages. The Erasmus students, representing over a dozen nationalities, shared songs and folk tales from their home countries, turning the festival into a beautiful mosaic of cultures. Local families expressed heartfelt appreciation for the initiative, and the smiles on children's faces proved the event’s success. The Children's Festival became a standout memory for both students and locals alike.
